Physiotherapy
One to one movement therapy for musculoskeletal complaints, posture and recovery after surgery.
Massage
Releasing tight muscles and supporting recovery, targeted or full body.
Massage can help release tight, overloaded muscles and support recovery. It is not only relaxation: it has its place after desk work, training or sustained load.
The 30 minute session covers one area, for example the neck and shoulders or the lower back. The 60 minute session gives time for the whole body.

Who it is for
How it works
We start by going through where you feel tension and what you want from the session.
Technique and pressure are adjusted to you. If anything feels wrong, say so and we change it.
Drink more that day, and leave the harder training session for the next one.
Massage is not a medical treatment and does not replace medical examination. We do not massage in case of fever, fresh injury, inflammation, skin conditions, suspected thrombosis or recent surgery. During pregnancy or with a chronic condition, ask your doctor first.
