Physiotherapist

Movement came close to me through eight years of competitive sport. I got injured while competing, which is how I first met a physiotherapist, and I knew then that this was the profession I wanted.

My aim is that movement becomes a source of joy again for the people I work with, and that they use their bodies safely in everyday life.

Bia Hetesi-Puskás

Sports rehabilitation trainer and massage therapist

I came to rehabilitation from the movement side. I worked as a trainer first, and then with more and more people who were coming back to movement in pain or after an injury. That called for a different kind of knowledge: spinal training, sports rehabilitation, and the treatment techniques that can support the body alongside the training load.

What I want is for recovery not to be a pause in your life, but a part of it. That is why treatment and movement go together here: we look not only at the complaint, but also at how you load your body on the other days of the week.

Main areas

  • returning to movement after an injury
  • spinal complaints and posture
  • strength building alongside treatment
  • movement during pregnancy and after birth
  • refreshing and regenerative treatments

  • Lifestyle and nutrition consultant
  • Fitness instructor
  • Personal trainer

Csenge Körömi

Massage therapist

Sport has been a defining part of my life since childhood. Today I work as a trainer, and my passion for movement is unchanged.

In my work I see that people want more than a body they are happy with: they want to feel better in their own skin. I believe massage can help with that, because it works on how you feel, not only on the muscles.

Main areas

  • relaxing Swedish massage
  • spinal recovery work
  • cupping
  • kinesio taping

Education

  • Medical Massage Academy
