Withdrawal from the contract
For online purchases you can withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. We confirm receipt of your statement by email right away.
The detailed rules are in points 17-19 of the terms and conditions. If you only want to cancel an appointment, do it on the My account page; that is not a withdrawal.
