FAQ
Frequently asked questions
The questions we get most often on the phone. If your answer is not here, call us.
What kind of complaints can I come with?
Come to us if you have a musculoskeletal complaint, want to return to sport after an injury, feel pain while moving, want to improve your posture, or simply want to use your body more consciously. We work with physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation and massage.
What is the difference between physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation?
Physiotherapy mainly supports musculoskeletal complaints, pain, posture problems and recovery after surgery or injury. Sports rehabilitation is more active and built on load, with the goal of returning safely to training, sport or heavier physical work. If you are not sure which to start with, call us and we will book the right one for your first session.
Do I need a diagnosis or a referral for the first session?
Not necessarily. If you have a medical report, a diagnosis, imaging results or a doctor's recommendation, bring them: they help us build a more accurate picture. With acute pain, radiating symptoms or recent surgery, see a doctor first, because a movement programme does not replace medical examination.
How do I book an appointment?
On the Booking page you choose the service and an available time, sign in with your e-mail address and book it. The booking is then final, with no separate confirmation needed.
Until when can I cancel?
Appointments can be cancelled online in your account free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time, and you can book another time instead. Within that window the session counts as used, because the time can no longer be offered to anyone else.
What should I bring to the first session?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, indoor shoes and a small towel. Bring any medical report or recommendation you have. For the first session, please arrive a few minutes early.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your condition, the nature of your complaint and your goals. For some people a few sessions already help; other cases need a longer, carefully built process. At the first meeting we assess where you are and suggest a direction. For physiotherapy there is also a 4 session pass, which expires 2 months after the day of purchase.
Is massage only for relaxation, or can it help with complaints?
Massage is not only for relaxation: it can play a part in releasing tight, overloaded muscles, supporting recovery and improving body awareness. It can be a useful complement to physiotherapy or sports rehabilitation for athletes, desk workers and anyone after physical load.
Where can I see the prices?
On the Prices page, which shows the live list from our booking system. That way the price on the website is the price you pay when booking.
Can I just walk in?
No: we only see you at a pre booked appointment, and we have no fixed opening hours. You can book online on this website, and your booking is confirmed straight away.
